Kuhakikisha *kila mwalimu* anakuwa na uelewa na ujuzi wa msingi wa TEHAMA katika kufundisha na kujifunza. Hili ni *hitaji rasmi* siyo hiari tena.


✅ UTEKELEZAJI WA MAELEKEZO HAYA

Walimu waliowahi kupata mafunzo rasmi ya TEHAMA wameelekezwa kwenda *kuwajengea uwezo walimu wenzao mashuleni* kwa njia ya mafunzo kwa vitendo. Hili ni agizo la serikali – kila shule ihakikishe inatenga muda wa ndani ya wiki kwa ajili ya mafunzo hayo ya ndani.

   Mtaala mpya umeainisha wazi kuwa matumizi ya TEHAMA ni sehemu ya lazima ya ufundishaji.

Hakuna mwalimu atakayekwepa matumizi ya TEHAMA katika somo lolote. Hivyo Kila shule ihakikishe inafanya kazi Hiyo.

2. *Kutambua vifaa vya TEHAMA vinavyotumika mashuleni*. Walimu wafahamu matumizi ya vifaa kama vile : 

   - Kompyuta (desktop au laptop) 
   - Simu janja 
   - Tablet 
   - Projector 
   - Printer 
   - Smart board 
   - Spika, kamera, microphone n.k.

3. *Matumizi ya Artificial Intelligence (AI) mfano Chatgpt* 

   Tanzania imeandaa mwongozo rasmi wa matumizi ya AI katika elimu.

Walimu wanapaswa kufahamu namna ya kutumia AI kama nyenzo ya kuongeza ubunifu na ufanisi katika ujifunzaji na ufundishaji.

4. *Ujuzi wa Microsoft Office* 
   - *Word* kwa maandalizi ya nyaraka 

   - *Excel* kwa taarifa za wanafunzi na ripoti mbalimbali 

   - Hii ni muhimu sana katika kazi za kiutawala na kitaaluma.

5. *Matumizi ya majukwaa ya kidigitali:* 
   - Zoom, Email, WhatsApp, Google Forms, Telegram, YouTube n.k. 

   - Walimu wafundishane namna ya *kujisajili, kuunda, na kutumia* majukwaa hayo kwa kufundishia.

6. *Uunganishaji wa vifaa (Connectivity Skills)* 
   - Kufahamu jinsi ya kuunganisha vifaa kwa *cables* au *wireless*
